Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about a trip to London organised by your travel agency "xxxx", which took place from 6th to 20th August.
I am dissatisfied with the hotel "Mercury". My room had not equipment as the brochure had described. There were not Tv and fridge.
Furthermore, you promised that breakfast would be included in the price. In London, it turned out that the price of the trip included only dinner and sapper. As a result I had to spend a lot of money on food.
Your advertisment was misleading bacause it stated that there woild be three swimming-pools in a hotel, "a nie tak jak sie okazalo jeden". It was extremaly dissapointing for me.
I am particulary dissatisfied and I demand a partial refund of money I paid for the trip.
