Prosze o sprawdzenie listu nieformalnego, chodzi mi o bledy gramatyczne i jezykowe.

Dear Janne,

I'm sorry I haven't written for so long but guess what! I've just moved to a new apartment! I've been very busy doing that, because everything has to be perfect. I'm so happy about this new place!

The flat is situated in a tower block in a city center. It's in good condition and has got three rooms and a big balcony. I haven't got all the furniture yet, but it is just a matter of time. The neighbourhood, despite being very crowded, is really safe.

Moving to a new apartment was a great idea, because finally I can live with my boyfriend on our own. Plus, it's near to my university, so I can spend less time commuting.

Of course it would be cool to see you here. If you have time, visit me at my place. I hope it will be soon.

I'm sorry I haven't written for so long but guess what'!' (ale dlaczego krzyczysz na ta osobe) I've just moved to a new apartment'!' (znowu krzyki - po co to? tego uzycia calkowicie nie rozumiem) I've been very busy doing 'that' (moze lepiej -...involved with the move), because everything has to be perfect. I'm so happy about this new place'!' (znowu krzyki!!)
The flat is situated in a tower block in 'a' (ale chyba masz jakies konkretne city na mysli - wtedy THE) city 'center' (center-AmE, centre-BrE).

dziekuje za sprawdzenie, tych wykrzyknikow uzylam po to, zeby wyrazic podekscytowanie osoby piszacej list, ale chyba rzeczywiscie przesadzilam :)
