It was a nice suprise to hear from you again after so many months, thanks for yours post card from Australia!
There's nothing new in my life, but yesterday I've listen a speech of a doctor in my school about healthy diet, and I want to tell you something about it.
Doctor said, that very easy things as reduce calories and junk food can keep our stomach and health in good condition, also if you eat last meal too late (after 6 p.m.), you will put on weight very fast.
I think there are good ideas, everybody of us can do this and follow a sensible diet.
I swear, that I will observance this rules and never eat hamburgers in school again... How about you?
Anyway, I have to finish now, give my best wishes to the family.
