Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a T-shirt that I bought in your shop last week. When I washed it the first time, I was not pleased to put it on. It shrunk. As if this were not enough, the dye has run and my T-shirt is red now, even thought it should be red.
I brought it to your shop yesterday but I was unhappy about the treatment I recived from members of your staff.
I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund or a new T-shirt.
