Dear Paul,
How are you? I haven't heard from you for ages.
Recently in my city in market hall Expo XXI has been a Festival of Healthy Food. I have decided to go there, because I could learn something interesting. One of attractions was a conversation about healthy food with the well-known guest – David Brown. He is a famous English head chef of the royal family. At firstly he said follow a sensible diet is a base. People should cut down on fatty food because junk and high-calorie food cause that we are putting on weight and we are feeling bad.
We should eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, because they have many vitamins. Next he said about drinking. People ought to drink at least 2 litres of mineral water at the day. After that David Brown said if people want to keep fit and stay in shape, they will obey this rules. In my opinion conversation was quite interesting. I learned something new and I will obey the rule about drinking. You should try with me!

...then he TOLD (ale komu? tobie, mnie, kolezance?) about drinking..
...In my opinion THE 'conversation' (Ale to nie byla 'conversation, to by'talk, lecture, seminar...ale nie conversation) was quite interesting
