Ingredient for Kukurydziane
For 4 portions:
- a glass of wheat flour
- a 1/2 glass of corn flour
- a 1/2 glass of kaszka kukurydziana (corn cereals?)
- a teaspoon of baking powder
a glass of milk
- a 1/2 glass of wather
-salt
-a pinch of sugar
-vanilla sugar
-two eggs
- 2 spoonof oil słonecznikowy
- fat frying
Prepation:
Wheat flour and corn flour mix with corn cereals and baking powder, add some milk wather , salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. To dough drive into two eggs, pour in oil and mix it.The dough should has consistency of dense dough cake pancakes. Put a spoon put a bucket of dough portions on hot oil. Give with jam or maple syrup.
