Frank was 30 years old successful businessman. He had a wife and two children, a boy and a girl. I can risk the statement that he had a perfect life without worries. But one day due to economic crisis his company declared bankrupt. He became unemployed, despite the fact that, he started looking for new similar job immediately he couldn’t find any. It was beginning of his problem, alcohol.
At the beginning no one even thought that drinking beer for relax would be a addiction in the future. Frank in the past never used to drown his sorrows in alcohol. After several months he remained unemployed. There was not any work for him, his family saving shrank. Frank couldn’t stand his misery, he started drinking every day, not beer or wine but vodka, the strongest and the most addictive alcohol. He wasn’t able to deal with his life. If he had found a job he probably wouldn’t have started drinking in the first place.
After some time, Frank stopped looking for job. He wasn’t believing in himself anymore. The only way to cope with his daily struggles for him was vodka. His friends and wife were trying to convenience him to stop his addiction, but he wasn’t listening and what’s more he didn’t see his problem at all.
Mary, Frank’s wife didn’t have job either. Since her family was broke, she started borrowing money to buy food for their children. She wasn’t happy with her husband. Someday she announced Frank that se leaving him and taking children with her. Maybe it was a sign for him to look back at what he have done to himself and his family. Frank called for help and went to rehab for four months. When he was sober he couldn’t stop blaming himself for destroying his family life.
To sum up, Frank wasn’t strong enough to resist a alcohol in time of unemployment. Nevertheless, he carried out the lesson from his personal experience. After rehab he found a job but he never got back his beloved family. He promised himself that he will be sober for the rest of his life,
