My task was to take part in investigation with a partner and try to investigate who is a criminal. In this task we had to leave a class room for about two minutes and then come back. Our objective was to ask as many questions as we could to people and try to choose 3 suspects who might be a criminal who stole the object and after choose the final one. All people had own role to do such as talking to people, walking in class room etc but they was unable to lie for any question we asked them, however only criminal person was allowed to lie. My partner was Blerta, we decided while leaving class room to write everyone name on the paper to save time. Also our idea was to ask question different people, and write notes next to their name, and quickly decide if he lies or not and if yes then cross his name. However to be sure sometimes we repeat the same question quickly to see if the person will give us the same answer. Also we looked at body language to see if the person is nervous or just relax, if is looking straight to our eyes or to the other direction. Our method of note taking, questioning and observation give us few suspects that we thought might be a criminal. When 2 minutes has gone we choose 3 suspect from our notes that we think they might be a criminal. Then we had to choose one, our decision was different because I choose different person and Blerta choose different one. However we had to choose only one so we choose Blerta’s suspect. But we were wrong, suspect which I choose was the one who was the criminal.
I think that we did quite well, as we were very near to choose the correct one. I think that we were able to do our task quite good because of effectiveness of our questioning, note-taking, observation and listening. We knew that we have only 2 minutes for our task so its not very long, so we decided to prepare already some notes while leaving room, so it help us save lots of time and be more focus on our questioning we didn’t have to waste time for writing all names etc. Also we decided that we both will be asking question but only one of us will be writing notes to avoid writing the same things and wasting time, so Blerta was the note taking person. Also we knew that if the person is nervous then sometimes he might not be able to answer quickly for our question and for a while when we ask him the same question again he might say something different, we used this method because we thought it may be very good do find few suspect who might be nervous. While asking we also looked at body language and eye contact, as body language is very important and often is giving lots of information about people. Our effectiveness of questioning, observation, listening and note-taking skills help us a lot to choose suspects, unfortunately we just missed and criminal.

Public service I choose to be in the future is police officer as I found this job might be very interesting and its kind of active job. However police service job is kind of job where communication skills are very important because we are going to use them everyday in our job by communicating with different kind of people from different cultures, religions, backgrounds etc. Communication skills such as speaking and listening are one of the most important, as we always will talk to different people and we must know how to communicate with them. Police officer role is to keep peace and give serve to the people however this also means communicate with different people. Communication and listening skills such as verbal communication will be used when we are going communicate with others, this is very important because if there will be for e.g. aggressive person who might take drugs etc we have to know how to talk with him to make him calm down and doesn’t cause any trouble. People are going to come with different problems, they must know we listening them and will try to help them in the best way we can, because e.g. is someone will talk with us about his problem and we are going just listening to the radio, then firstly we are going be unable to help that person and secondly doing our job with no respect to people and with ignorance to police service and role they are doing in society. There are also communication skills such as non-verbal which means our body language and eye contact. Body language give us about 90% of information about person who we listening, watching, observing or talking with. In police service we are going to do some investigation and find criminal, the difference between my task and police job is that this is going be serious job and every mistake will be giving cost e.g. someone will go to the prison because we made mistake. Body language and eye contact is very important because I we can see that person is shaking hands, looking around, then we might see that he is very nervous. Some criminals has been already catch few times and they might be very good actors, so this is going be much harder to looked at his body language and see if he is lying or not but we still have to observe his movement, his gestures and any signs that may help us. Also one of the important skills is note taking because often people will tell us about important information and if we doesn’t write them down then we may just forget them. However communication skills are not enough so police officer should show enough manners and respect, because this is hard when we don’t respect someone and at the same time we want him to respect us and moreover ask him for needed information. Police officers should be self believing with charisma so they believe what they are saying and doing this with charisma however if they will just mumbling etc. people are not going to treat them seriously. Communication skills are very important for police and all police officers must know them to make their job successful.

Working in fire service is much different job than being police officer, as police is working usually with people, fire service is not always, and their main role is to prevent fire and rescue people from fire. However communication skills are also very important in fire service job as by rescue people they will meet also different kinds of people so e.g. sometimes person may be so scary that he doesn’t want to even move from the place and if fire fighter doesn’t know to how to talk to him, that guy may die in fire because of his no enough good communication skills. However we can see effective use of interpersonal communication skills in fire service when they are working together. Fire fighter usually work in teams, as this is much safer method and more effective. But to work as a team they have to use different communication skills. One of the most important thing is that they always going in and out together. They have to use communication skills in different situations e.g. if there is car accident and they have to rescue people from the car, then one fire fighter will cut the metal, other will look for people safe, so they have to communicate together because while cutting the car, some pieces may fall down accidently or something is going to move down then other fire-fighter should inform to stop before it happens. There are also situations more risky such as working in building which is in fire and there are still people. In this situation good speaking and listening skills might be not enough to help people or even safe own life, as there might be too loud to hear anything. In this type of situation this is very important to know non-verbal communication skills, so e.g. showing by hands what to do, which way go etc. They have to know this skills us sometimes the small mistake might cost someone’s life. However there are even small things like writing reports in which fire fighter have to know different communication skills such as observing and note-taking. Because if they are preparing report for police how the fire happened, they have to observed the building and take detailed notes to be sure what happened like e.g. someone put the fire on or it happened because of electricity.

In today’s life communication skills are very important, in public services and for us as individual. Sometimes we use them just to talk with people and sometimes to help someone. There are jobs such as police and fire service where these skills are very important; someone can pay his life because of our not enough good skills so this is especially important to know them and use them successively.

I think that we did quite well, as we were very near to 'choose' (zle slowo) the

Also we knew that if the person is nervous then sometimes he might not be able to answer 'quickly for our question' (zla kol slow) and for a while when we 'ask' (CZAS) him the same question again he might say something different, we used this method because we thought THAT it may be very good do find few suspect who might be nervous. Our effectiveness of questioning, observation, listening and note-taking skills 'help' (CZAS) us a lot to choose suspects, unfortunately we just missed 'and' (zle slowo-popraw) criminal.
'Public service I choose to be' (cos tu nie tak, tego nie rozumiem) in the future is police officer as I found this job might be very interesting and 'its' (zle slowo) kind of (tu cos brakuje)active job. However, (tu cos brakuje) police service job is (tu cos brakuje) kind of job where communication skills are very important because we are going to use them everyday in our job by communicating with different kindS of people from different cultures, religions, backgrounds 'etc' (nie pisz tego 'jak moge sie komunikowac z kims kto pochodzi z 'ETC'- to jest bzdura). (tu cos brakuje) Police officer'S role is to keep (tu cos brakuje)peace and 'give serve' (tego nie rozumiem) to the people. However this also means 'communicate' (zle slowo) with different people. Communication and listening skills such as verbal communication will be used when we are going TO communicate with others, this is very important because if there 'will be' IS for e.g. (tu cos brakuje) aggressive person who might take drugs 'etc' (jak ktos moze brac 'etd' - przestan, bo to mnie wkurza, 'etc' nic nie znaczy) we have to know how to talk with him to make him calm down 'and doesn't' (zmien to - to niema sensu) cause any trouble. People are going to come with different problems, they must know we (tu cos brakuje)listening (tu cos brakuje) them and (tu cos brakuje) will try to help them in the best way we can, because e.g. 'is' (zle slowo) someone will talk with us about his problem and we are 'going just listening' (popraw to-) to the radio, then firstly we are going TO be unable to help that person and secondly (tu cos brakuje 3 slowa) doing our job with no respect 'to' FOR people and with ignorance to police service and role they are doing in society.
Body language 'give' (popraw) us about 90% of information about (tu cos brakuje) person 'who we listening' (cos tu nie tak - popraw), watching, observing or talking with. In (tu cos brakuje) police service we are going to do some investigation and find (tu cos brakuje) criminal, the difference between my task and police job is that this is going (tu cos brakuje) be (tu cos brakuje) serious job and every mistake will 'be giving' (niepotr) cost e.g. someone will go to 'the' (niepotr) prison because we made (tu cos brakuje)mistake. Body language and eye contact 'is' (ale przeciez wymieniles 2 rzeczy, dlaczego piszesz 'is'?) very important because 'I we' (cos tu nie tak) can see that person is shaking hands, looking around, then we might see that he is very nervous. Some criminals 'has' HAVE been already 'catch' (CZAS) (tu cos brakuje)few times and they might be very good actors, so this is going (tu cos brakuje) be much harder to 'looked' (CZAS) at his body language and see if he is lying or not, (przecinek przed 'but') but we still have to observe his movement, his gestures and any signs that may help us. Working in (tu cos brakuje) fire service is (tu cos brakuje) much different job than being (tu cos brakuje) police officer, as (tu cos brakuje) police is working usually with people, fire service is not always, and their main role is to prevent fire and rescue people from fireS. However communication skills are also very important in (tu cos brakuje) fire service job as by 'rescue' RESCUING people they will 'meet also' (zla kol slow) different kinds of people so e.g. sometimes (tu cos brakuje) person may be so 'scary' (calkowicie zle slowo- czlowiek bedzies STRASZNY- chyba to nie masz na mysli) that he doesn't want to even move from 'the' (popraw-tutaj to drugie) place and if (tu cos brakuje) fire fighter doesn't know 'to' (nie rozumiem uzycia tego slowa tutaj) how to talk to him, that guy may die in (tu cos brakuje) fire because of his 'no enough' LACK OF good communication skills. However we can see (tu cos brakuje) effective use of interpersonal communication skills in (tu cos brakuje) fire service when they are working together. (tu cos brakuje) Fire fighter usually workS (he workS) in teams, as this is (tu cos brakuje) much safer method and more effective.
One of the most important thingS is that they ARE always going 'in and out' (in and out of WHAT?) together. They have to use communication skills in different situations e.g. if there is (tu cos brakuje) car accident and they have to rescue people from the car, then one fire fighter will cut the metal, ANother will look for 'people safe' (cos tu nie tak), so they have to communicate together because while cutting the car, some pieces may fall down accidently or something is going to move down then (tu cos brakuje)other fire-fighter should inform (KOGO?) to stop before it happens. There are also situations more risky such as working in (tu cos brakuje) building which is 'in' ON fire and there are still people INSIDE. In this situation good speaking and listening skills might 'be not enough' NOT BE ENOUGH to help people or even 'safe' (tutaj napisales rzeczownik, a ma byc czasownik) own life, as 'there' IT might be too loud to hear anything. In this type of situation 'this' IT is very important to know non-verbal communication skills, so e.g. (tutaj mozesz dodac 'hand signals') showing by hands what to do, which way go 'etc' (nie pisz tego, jak ja moga isc etc'). They have to know 'this skills' (nie mieszaj l. poj z l. mnoga - tutaj l;. mnoga) 'us' (zle slowo) sometimes 'the' (zle slowo-popraw) small mistake might cost someone's life. However there are even small things like writing reports in which (tu cos brakuje) fire fighter 'have' (HE HAS) to know different communication skills such as observing and note-taking. 'Because' WHEN 'if' (niepotr) they are preparing report for (tu cos brakuje) police OF how the fire happened, they have to 'observed' (CZAS) the building and take detailed notes to be sure OF what happened like e.g. someone 'put' STARTED the fire 'on' (niepotr) or it happened because of (tutaj napisz co moglo sie stac z pradem) electricity.

In today's 'life' WORLD communication skills are very important, in public services and for us as individualS.
There are jobs such as (tu cos brakuje) police and (tu cos brakuje) fire service where these skills are very important; someone can pay WITH his life because of our 'not enough good' (to nawet nie jest po ang - napisz INSUFFICIENT skills, so 'this' IT is especially important to know them and use them 'successively' (zle slowo- tutaj zacznij od 'success').
