Dear Sir,

On 1st October I purchased a ‘Easy Lingua’ Deutsch course at Internet.

Unfortunately your product has not performed as it should because it does not work. Your course should teach me something new in just 28 days and I spent on it more than two months and I still do not know anything.

I am disappointed because in package there ought to be twelve CDs with native speakers models, but there were no CDs.

Your website was misrepresented. Pictures in course book are not modern, they date times of second war.

Additionally when I was trying to call you, your twenty-four-hour helpline did not answer.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could give my money back.
