Proszę o pomoc w poprawieniu błędów.

I have a lot of hobby. My favourite hobby are ride a bike and swimming. I usually ride a bike alone but at the weekend i ride a bike with my friends. We always go to longer trips on the river and we take with oneself the ball and something to eat. I go to swimming one of the week. I like read books too. I can read the book every day but i don't have a lots of time. I free time surf the Internet. I check the different website and I chat with my friends.

"I like reading books" or "I like to read books" itd I can't read books every day because I don't have a lot of time (surfing the Internet is a very time-consuming activity). "I should learn English instead of surfing" or "I can use the Internet to Improve my English" ;]
