I think, that reach people, who will be able to pay for education are not necessarily smart. They will think, that when they inwest so much money in their education, then college will have to adjust to them.
There may be not enough people interested in some very important disciplines. When numbers of students will come down, than some types of studies will be unprofitable and liquidet.
