I am writing to complain about the sweater that I bought from your online shop last week.
I had got it and it is too big around my chest! In addition it is inconsistent with the order.
I can remember that two month ago I had got a CD called Riana. On the CD was not all songs which you had recommend on your website.
I was disappointed, wrote to you e-mail. I had got the answer: “It is impossible, please will send it quickly to our shop. We will send you the right product”. I refund money for consignment and returned CD about 4 days.
I would be grateful if you would consider giving me refund exchanging it for a new one. I enclose the sweater together with the receipt.

I was disappointed, wrote 'to you e-mail' (zla kol. slow). I 'had got the' (Napisz 'received') THIS answer: “It is impossible, please will (ale kto?) send it quickly to our shop.
'I refund money' (ty oddajesz pieniadze?) for (przedimek) consignment and 'returned CD' (cos tu nie tak) IN about 4 days.
I would be grateful if you would consider giving me (przedimek) refund OR exchanging 'it' (napisz dokladniej) for a new one.

2) tam z tym "refunded" chodzi o to, że chcesz zwrotu kasy: zdanie, które podałeś mówi, że to Ty dajesz kasę. I claim/demand a [full] refund .
