aby nie mówić ciągle there's / there's no

Gdy wymieniamy długie listy rzeczy, które są w mieście i listy rzeczy których nie ma w mieście, to jakie są sposoby aby nie używać ciągle "there is" / "there is not" ?

Czy w mowie potocznej "there's no" można zastępować "ain't no" ?
i zamiast powiedzieć:
"In my town there's a park and a lake [...]. There's no cinema."
można powiedzieć :
"In my town there's a park and a lake. Ain't no cinema."

Są różne sposoby, ale nie wiem, na jakim jesteś poziomie, np. My town sports two cinemas.

a gdy będę rozmawiał z native speakerami, to oni też uważają, że używanie ain't w mowie potocznej źle świadczy o człowieku? (że np. mam mały zasób słów, itd)

W takim zdaniu można powiedzieć "there is" tylko raz, tak? :

In the flat there's a fridge and no dishwasher.
(W tym mieszkaniu jest lodówka i nie ma zmywarki.)

There is nothing wrong with a “there is” here and there, and, as the old adage goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
