Present simple:
1. I watch many TV programs every week.
Many TV programmes are watched by me every week.
2. He uses my computer.
My computer is used by him.
3. They paint houses.
Houses are painted. by them
Past Simple
1. She swept the floor.
The floor was swept by her.
2. I rolled the carpet.
The carpet was rolled by me.
3. We forgot our tichels.
Our tickets were forgotten by us. (sounds a bit strange)
Present Perfect
1. I have put an a dress.
A dress has been put on by me.
2. She has bought some fruit.
Some fruit has been by her bought.
3. You have passed the test.
The test has been by you passed.
Future Simple
1. I will help you.
You will be helped by me.
2. She will save money for holiday.
Money for holiday will be by her saved.
3. The will gather wood for fire.
Wood for fire will be by then gathered.

modal passive can/could/should etc.
1. You can't take my umbrella.
My umbrella can't be by you taken.
2. She should pull out her toath.
Her tooth should be by herpulled out.
