K: Good morning. Yes I’m K.
M: I can see you are very punctual. It’s a very good character feature. I like it. Could you please follow me to the office?
K: Yes, of course
M: Come in. Sit down, please

M: Would you like something to drink? Tea? Coffee? Water?
K: Water, please
M: Right. So let’s start. I will be asking you some questions, so that I can easily assess your abilities later, all right?
K: Yes, of course.
M: So firstly I would like to go into more detail about your CV. I see that you studied at the University of Economics in Kraków, faculty of Economics and you chosed Entrepreneurship and Innovations specialization. Do you think that it was a good decision? And please justify your answer.
K: Yes, I think it was very good decision. Before I choose this specialization I read about it a lot. Studies in this specialization are for students who want to master the principles, methods and techniques of entrepreneurial activity in various organizations and in various industries and gain skills which would enable them to manage their own company or a company established by another entrepreneur. So I think it was good decision for me.
M: Thank you very much. And now let’s move onto next question. I would like to know what do you know about our company?
K: I read about your company in the internet. So I know that KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. Your purpose is to turn knowledge into value for the benefit of your clients, your people, and the capital markets.
M: And do you know something about the job we are offering?
K: Not exackly, but yes. I found your advertise in “The economist”, and there were wrote I thik the most important things.
M: So, let me tell you in few words what we expect from our candidate besides this things which you read in paper,. We’re looking for a person who know languages, like of coure English and French, German, Italian or Spanish. Our candidate should be able to think in an analytical way and has an ability to work in a team. Should be systematic and service oriented. We expect him or her to operate Microsoft Office and Windows. Have you ever had a chance to use your knowledge and skills in any job?
K: Yes, in my previous job. I was sales manager there. I was responsible for finding and servicing clients, controling employees. I was also responsible for retailers market, made and realized business plans and sales targets. I liked this job.
M: What are three words that describe you?
K: Quick learner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well under stress.
M: Have you ever been fired from a position?
K: No, never. As you notice in my cv I have onle 2 jobs. My first was very good, but there were a lot of overtimes, and I didn’t have time for anythink. So I eschew. And my second job I don’t
M: Could you tell me why you want to work for our company?
K: I think your company can give me very good position which will give me a lot of satisfaction. This position is very simmilar to my privious job. I like develop myself, and I think it will be the best job for me.
M: As you know from our advertise, Sales & Marketing Manager in our company has to organising distribution and customer support services. Do you think that you are able to do it? Whats personality features will help you in that?
K: Yes, I think I’am able to do it. I think that ability to work well under stress, organised, good comunication skills, will help me in this.
