The Pramerica access support team has enjoyed considerable success over the last year and as such is looking to add a number of exciting new roles to the team. The team provides enterprise-wide service and support for access requirements on a large number of applications running on the mainframe, and various Windows environments. In addition the team provides support on the organisational wide ID management systems (IONS) The roles primarily involve working US hours of 1-9pm five days a week, however some may involve providing 24x7 on call support. The successful candidates will be capable of working independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively are essential.
