Mam wątpliwości co do tych zdań:
2. Jenny says: "I'm sorry I didn't call you earlier."
Jenny apologised for not calling me earlier.
( dlaczego z Past Simple zrobił się Present Countinous?)
8. The guard said: "You may wait in the car park if you like."
The guard told us we could wait in the car park if we liked.
( Dlaczego could skoro jest may?)

Might i may czasami mogą znaczyć to samo co could, tyle ze nigdy w przeczeniach :)
