Mam do opisania przebieg rozprawy sądowej czyli jak to tam wszystko wygląda w sądzie. Napisałem ale tekst jest zapewne pełen błędów. prosił bym o poprawienie

oskarżony zostaje przywieziony do sądu z więzienia przez policję.Oskarżony jest pilnowany na sali

sadowej przez strażników. Obroną oskarżonego zajmuje się adwokat.
Adwokat próbuje przekonać sędziego że jego klient jest niewinny.
Kolejną osobą w sądzie jest prokurator, zbiera on dowody przeciw oskarżonemu i przedstawia je

sędziemu. Większość rozpraw sądowych jest otwarta dla telewizji i ludzi. W procesie biorą udział

także świadkowie. Przebieg rozprawy jest zapisywany.(tego zdania nie potrafiłem przetłumaczyć)

Normalnie, kiedy mówisz o czymś nowym, nieokreślonym (w liczbie pojedynczej), używasz „a” (He owns a house), a kiedy o wcześniej określonym - „the” (The house he owns is in Green Street) ale “the moist important” już jakoś sędziego określa…

To zdanie oznacza raczej, że obrońca (swoją drogą proponowałabym inną formę zamiast „defence lawyer”) zajmuje się oskarżonym. Musisz coś zmienić, jeżeli chcesz napisać, że zajmuje się obroną oskarżonego/działa na rzecz oskarżonego itd.
